The vehicle is in original paint (except front right fender), otherwise not repainted.

Original folder with owner's manual as well as included service certificate and some service entries available.

The vehicle was deregistered in September 1993, stored clean and dry in a tiled garage and not moved until the acquisition in June 2021.

The car was brought back to life in a very caring and thoughtful manner, for example the valve cover and spark plugs were disassembled, everything was lubricated and the engine was rotated by hand, the injectors were taken to Bosch Car Service in advance for inspection and cleaning, following this there was a new valve cover gasket, new spark plugs, the checked and cleaned injectors were installed, new engine oil, new coolant, complete new ignition system (distributor, distributor rotor, ignition stick, ignition cables, spark plugs), a new water cooler, new tank, new fuel filter, new fuel pump, new battery.

Next was the brakes, here the original calipers were sent for overhaul, these were professionally galvanized and re-equipped with pistons, seals, etc. as well as refilled with brake fluid and tested for leaks (test records available). In addition, there were completely new brake discs, brake pads, warning contact and brake hoses, as well as a brake fluid change.

To the wheels, here a set of two-piece BBS RC90 (original BMW wheel) in 8,5x17 all around, with brand-new Bridgestone Potenza T005 DOT1521 in the dimension 234/45 R17 94Y, was chosen. The rims still have the original clear coat on them and have not been disassembled yet. They have only been professionally refurbished with the utmost care, without damaging the originality. The rim caps are new.

The interior is in unique condition. The seats show almost no signs of wear, the two front seats were covered with a fur (common for the time) for protection, thus the leather of the front seats is almost intact. The rear seats have probably seen little to no use.

New and original BMW velour floor mats, there is also a set of original BMW rubber mats.
